This policy applies to one-time Aion Image Credit and Aion Video Credit packs. It supplements the Aion Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Credits are a workspace usage allowance
Aion Image Credits and Aion Video Credits let an active workspace request supported Aion media operations. Credits are not cash, stored value, a bank account, a gift card, or a transferable balance. Buying a pack does not guarantee that every prompt or reference can be accepted for generation.
AI outcomes vary
AI-generated images and videos can vary. Brand, product, persona, prompts, and reference media guide a result but do not guarantee a particular creative outcome. Generated work can contain inaccuracies, visual inconsistencies, or unexpected creative choices. You are responsible for reviewing a result before approving, downloading, scheduling, publishing, or using it externally.
A usable result is a completed paid turn
A usable result saved to your workspace consumes the disclosed credits even if you later choose a different direction. Another generation or refinement is a new paid turn.
Confirmed no-output failures restore credits
If Aion confirms that an operation ended with no usable saved output, Aion restores the applicable credits to the workspace ledger. Credit restoration is not a cash refund. When a multi-output request saves only some usable outputs, Aion may retain the credits for the saved outputs and restore the credits assigned to the confirmed missing outputs.
Pending outcomes are reconciled first
A pending or status-unknown operation is reconciled before credits are restored. Aion does not start a hidden duplicate request or issue a timeout-only restoration. Keep the saved request and use Report an issue after the waiting period shown in Aion so support can reconcile that exact operation.
Rollover and account state
Purchased top-up credits roll forward while the workspace account remains active. Plan-included monthly allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Credits may become unavailable after cancellation, the applicable inactive-account retention period, workspace deletion, or a completed data-deletion request. Trial purchases remain attached to the workspace, but an active trial or paid plan is required to start new creation.
Before secure checkout opens, Aion shows the selected pack, quantity, price, final-sale terms, AI-output notice, and a required acceptance checkbox. Aion also shows the exact credit charge again before each generation.
