Plans set the workflow and recommended pace
Starter and Pro unlock Aion features and guide how often the workspace should create approval-ready posts.
Aion is built around a simple rule: create with context, spend credits only for Aion-created media, and publish only after human approval.

Starter and Pro unlock Aion features and guide how often the workspace should create approval-ready posts.
Image and video credits are used when Aion creates, remixes, assembles, exports, or voice-renders media.
Uploading, reviewing, approving, downloading, and attaching existing customer-owned media does not spend media credits.
Recommended for 4 approval-ready posts per month, roughly one post per week.
If you want a higher posting pace or more generated media per post, add image or video credits before Aion spends them.
Recommended for 12 approval-ready posts per month with a recurring content calendar.

Early access may include a 7-day trial with up to 5 approved launch posts before billing is required. Trial, plan, and credit eligibility should always be confirmed inside Aion before checkout.
Aion separates who someone is, what actions they can take, and which connected social destinations they can use. This keeps team collaboration open while connected accounts and publishing stay protected.
The simple rule: role identifies the member, scope unlocks the action, and destination grant decides where that action can happen.
Workspace roles such as owner, admin, approver, requester, and viewer describe the member's place in the workspace.
Aion scopes decide whether a member can create drafts, view connected accounts, approve, schedule, publish, manage context, or view media.
Posting access is granted per destination, such as one LinkedIn profile, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or YouTube channel.
After an owner changes a member's access, the member may need to switch workspace or sign in again so the latest scopes and destination grants reload.
These answers are the customer-facing source of truth for Aion credits during launch. Checkout and the in-app Billing page should match this language before we open self-serve production billing.
An Aion subscription covers the product workflow: Post Studio, context, channel previews, approvals, workspace access, and the plan-specific features shown on the pricing page. The subscription is not an unlimited media-generation bundle.
Credits are the usage budget for Aion-created media. Image credits cover generated visuals, remixes, variants, product mockups, and carousel-style assets. Video credits cover generated videos, video remixes, final assembly, approved exports, and persona voice-render work when enabled.
Paid credit packs stay with the workspace and roll forward while the workspace account remains active. Included plan credits are granted by billing period and also remain available while the workspace stays active, unless checkout or an applicable written agreement says otherwise. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and are not guaranteed after cancellation, inactive-plan retention, workspace deletion, or a successful data-deletion request.
Yes, the launch billing model grants each plan's included image and video credits once per Stripe billing period. Unused included credits can remain with the workspace while the subscription stays active, and paid top-up credits are not erased by the next plan grant.
No. Connected AI provider keys may support drafting or model routing where available, but Image Studio and Video Studio generation still require Aion media credits. This keeps media cost, quality control, and support inside one predictable Aion billing model.
You can write briefs, save context, upload your own media, attach existing media to posts, review previews, approve drafts, manage connections, and use permitted publish or schedule actions without spending image or video generation credits.
If Aion fails before saving a usable generated result, credits should not be spent or should be refunded through the credit ledger. If Aion returns a usable result and the user wants a different creative direction, another generation may require additional credits.
The posting pace keeps customers from treating Aion like an unlimited content firehose. Starter is calibrated for a steady weekly rhythm. Pro is calibrated for a recurring content calendar with scheduling and more media-heavy work.
No. Aion is approval-first. It can draft, generate media, preview channels, and prepare delivery, but publishing or scheduling requires a permitted user, connected destination, supported format, and approved preview.
An invite adds a user to one workspace with a role and explicit Aion scopes. Roles identify the member type, scopes decide which actions they can take, and destination grants decide which connected social destinations they can use.
Only when the owner or admin grants access. Connected accounts are workspace-owned and protected. A user with connected_accounts_view can inspect allowed connected destinations, but OAuth setup, disconnect actions, and token management stay admin-only.
Owners and admins can manage workspace destinations. Invited users need the right action scope and a grant for the exact destination. For example, publishing to a LinkedIn profile requires post_publish plus a destination grant for that specific profile.
Aion only markets recipes that are reliable enough for launch. Harder features, such as talking-persona lip sync or experimental voice conversion, stay beta until they consistently pass quality gates and human review.
Aion users can request access, export, or deletion of their own app data. Workspace-owned shared content may need owner or admin review before deletion, and limited billing, tax, security, audit, or legal records may be retained as required.
