Aion Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Aion Terms apply to the Aion web app, Android app, Post Studio, Image Studio, Video Studio, scheduling, publishing, media library, context library, connected accounts, and related billing features. The general Full Stack Marketing Terms of Service also apply. If these Aion Terms conflict with a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Aion access

Aion is offered as a request-approved workspace product during alpha and early commercial rollout. We may approve, limit, pause, or revoke access to protect customers, connected accounts, platform partners, and system reliability.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Aion Starter and Aion Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe-hosted checkout or Stripe Customer Portal unless a separate written order controls. Trials, plan eligibility, billing status, and cancellation options are shown in-app. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment details current.

Credits and generated media

Generated images and videos may require one-time media credits. Credits are a usage allowance for Aion media work, not stored value, cash, or a transferable balance. Credit spend is shown before or during the relevant generation flow where practical, and generated outputs remain subject to quality review before publishing.

Your content and connected accounts

You are responsible for the brand materials, prompts, product details, media, credentials, and connected social accounts you provide. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Aion stores tokens and workspace data only to operate the product and follows workspace-scoped access controls.

AI output and human approval

Aion uses AI systems to create drafts, previews, images, videos, captions, schedules, and recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing content. You must review and approve final content before publishing, scheduling, downloading, or using it externally.

Publishing and scheduling

Aion prepares channel-specific previews and can publish or schedule only when the destination is connected, the user has permission, the format is supported, and the preview is approved. Third-party platform outages, token expiration, policy limits, or permission changes can block delivery.

Beta features

Some Aion features may be labeled alpha, beta, labs, or owner-only. Beta features are provided for evaluation and may change, fail, produce lower quality output, or be removed. Talking-head lip sync and voice conversion are treated as beta until they consistently meet product quality gates.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aion to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, abusive, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to bypass billing, security, workspace permissions, rate limits, publishing safeguards, or third-party platform rules.

Data, privacy, and deletion

Aion users can request access, export, or deletion of their own Aion app data from the web dashboard or Android Settings. Workspace-owned shared content may require owner or admin review before deletion. We may retain limited billing, security, audit, tax, or legal records as required.

Changes and availability

Aion will keep evolving during launch. We may update features, pricing, credit policies, limits, recipes, or these terms. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business outcomes.

Privacy controls, data export, and user-scoped deletion requests are available inside Aion. You can also review the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
